Indications & Clinical Applications
FRILOPIME-1000 is indicated for moderate to severe infections caused by susceptible organisms, particularly when broad-spectrum coverage including Pseudomonas is required.
- Lower respiratory tract infections (pneumonia, bronchitis)
- Complicated and uncomplicated urinary tract infections
- Skin and soft tissue infections
- Complicated intra-abdominal infections (with metronidazole)
- Empirical therapy for febrile neutropenia
- Septicaemia

Warnings & Precautions
Use with caution in patients with penicillin hypersensitivity. Adjust dose in renal impairment. May cause neurotoxicity (myoclonus, seizures) in renal impairment if dose not adjusted. Monitor for C. difficile diarrhoea.
