Indications & Clinical Applications
FRILKACIN-250 is indicated for the short-term treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible gram-negative bacteria.
- Severe gram-negative septicaemia
- Lower respiratory tract infections caused by Pseudomonas, Klebsiella, E. coli
- Complicated urinary tract infections
- Intra-abdominal infections (adjunct)
- Skin, bone, and soft tissue infections
- Endocarditis (combination therapy)

Warnings & Precautions
Monitor renal function and serum levels (peak/trough). Risk of nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity, neuromuscular blockade. Avoid concurrent nephrotoxic or ototoxic drugs. Adjust dose in renal impairment. Use minimum effective duration.
